General terms and conditions
As transport is one of the crucial aspects when ordering via the internet, terms of delivery with the most prestigious forwarding agents.
Our delivery times are as follows:
24/48 hours within Spain (including Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary and Balearic Islands)
24/48 hours to Portugal
72/96 hours to the Azores and Madeira
3/7 days within the European Union, Switzerland and Andorra
4/7 to the rest of the world
The quoted periods of delivery start to apply, when the products leave the warehouse. In case of any delays, Debarrica will contact you.
If your country doesn’t appear, please do not hesitate to contact Debarrica (info@debarrica.com).
With Track & Trace, Debarrica can easily follow the progress of your products.
By requesting the consignment number of your shipment at Debarrica, you always know, where your products currently are.
Transport costs
The transport costs are calculated independently for every order and appear in the order form.
Additional costs
For Debarrica´s clients within the European Union (excluding Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands), no additional costs appear.
When delivering to Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands, the invoice includes delivery costs, insurance and
Spanish customs but no regional taxes or import duties.
Tariffs for non-members of the European Union include delivery costs, insurance and export customs clearance, but no regional taxes or import duties.

Insurance, guarantee and claim refund
Debarrica wants to ensure, that all products in perfect condition, therefore we only use packaging produced in
Germany and certified for international parcel shipment.
All deliveries are insured and cover damages which might occur during transport.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged or wrong consignment, please write
"Damaged, Short fall or wrong delivery" clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature.
We recommend you check the goods before signing while the deliveryman is present.
If that is not possible, you must inform Debaricca about the incorrect delivery within 24 hours.
Please note that in this case, the claim is only valid if you attach a photograph.
After receiving the complaint, Debaricca will make up for the damage in full.
If you are not satisfied with the products can change them for something else within seven days.
However the customer must pay the difference in price of there is one and the additional transport costs.
Please note, that claims are not valid, if a product has been opened.
