Age	4 months in large capacity wooden vats, 6 months in the barrel (60% american and 40% french barrels) 7 months in semi-used casks and finally again in the large-capacity wooden vat till botteling in June 2007
This wine goes well with:	on special occacions soups and vegetable dishes, ratatouille with egg, or green beans with foie, poultry such as free range chicken or capon, grilled meat, roast hare, meat stews, rice with greens or with lobster, roast and stewed lamb
Enjoy it	between 17º-18º
Maturity	will age gracefully drink it through 2020

APPEARANCE	red cherry with intense ruby ring, shine and alive
AROMA	Discrete on the first nose, aromas of fresh fruits mixed with fine wood hints that will blend with time. With a lot of potential, timid for the moment but with time will develop splendid.
AFTERTASTE	powerful entrance, important presence on the palate with a long, tannic mineral finish. Complex and persistent, showing in this great vintage the nobility of its terrior.
